Diamonds

Tuesday, February 18, 2014

I hope everyone had a wonderful LOVE Day.  Pink was the color choice of the night, in honor of the holiday.  I've been pairing sandals with socks a lot lately.  This combo is comfy and has kept me warm in these wintry conditions.  Check it out!

NYFW Demeanor

Friday, February 7, 2014

I stood outside in the freezing cold for the greater good of the Fashion World.  It was imperative for me to capture the alluring sights leading towards the Lincoln Center.  I managed to snap photos for a solid hour before I lost the feeling in my toes.  Check out the looks of these stylish bystanders!  Which one is your fave?

My Fitted Cap

Monday, November 11, 2013

Let me tell you all about hats and bad hair days.  I do not know what I would do without my fitted caps.  They always save the day, and put a spin on my seemingly boring outfit.

Case of the Mondays

Monday, October 28, 2013

Hey Guys! Here's a quick post of what I wore this weekend.  The dress is a vintage AJ Bari piece, the coat is from H&M, and I bought these thigh high boots on Ebay.

Time to bring out the faux fur ladies! How cute is this ombre faux fur vest? I usually don't wear fur, however this one was extremely comfortable and easy to throw on. Pairing this vest with a long sleeve top underneath would be ideal, but I didn't have one on hand. With that said, I still think I would wear the vest this way again, even though I was cold. I promise I'm not photoshopped in the third image. Enjoy!

Once again, some late night shenanigans turned into a photo op. This vintage Hermes necklace is subtle, yet it gives me a huge boost of confidence. How can you go wrong when constructing your outfit with black as your palette?  It works every time, and it is very hard to ruin a black ensemble.  I can see this look with a darker lipstick.  What do you think?

Wedding Bells

Sunday, October 20, 2013

Hey guys! I went to a wedding last night, and I wanted to share some photos.  The four man wolf pack looked absolutely stunning. My vintage AJ Bari dress was thrifted for only $18!  I am a sucker for sequin, so when I saw this dress I had to have it.  Check it out!

Fun With Claire Sulmers

Wednesday, October 2, 2013

While in New York, I attended a bloggers event where The Fashion Bomb Daily's, Claire Sulmers was speaking.  She loved my outfit and featured me on her Instagram account.  If you all have never visited this distinguished fashion blog, I highly recommend you give it a look.  Unfortunately this is the only photo I have of this particular look, but I was just so thrilled to be noticed by Claire in a room full of wonderful women.  Check out the Fashion Bomb Daily blog today!

More From NYFW

Hey guys! I wanted to finish posting my photos from New York Fashion Week.  During Fashion Week I literally wore an all black uniformed look everyday, so you will not be seeing any of my personal style.  This was the perfect opportunity for me muster up some style ideas for Spring, which will be here sooner than we know it.  Take a look and tell me what you think about these looks from Joie Clothing, Rolando Santana, and Voz.

I caught the end of the Joie Clothing presentation, but I wish I could have taken photos of every look.

As the Assistant Stylist, I was very pleased with the story that was told through the Rolando Santana Fashion Show.  This collection featured many pastels and feminine
floral prints. Check out the models' hair and makeup!

Which collection inspires you the most?

I also met Olivia Lopez from LustForLife while riding the subway and Claire Sulmers from FashionBombDaily at a blogging event.  Post coming soon!
